Happy Tails: Foxy Gurl and Tango!
I adopted two pups,
Foxy Gurl and
Tango (FKA Dana
Scully and Berry),
in September
and December
2023.
Foxy came home,
and she adjusted
so quickly that
I decided to
adopt again.
Tango joined us
in December and
has kept us on
our toes. He
is seven pounds
of “you
can’t stop
me” and
“I am the
party!”
He has never met
a stranger. Fox
is more reserved,
but when she’s
ready to play
– look
out!
We all learned
a lot in one
year: how to
install a doggie
door (me), how
to use a doggie
door (them),
and how to use
our indoor voices
(us ).
This year, we’ve
traveled to New
York to watch
the eclipse,
spent a few days
in Savannah,
and visited beaches
up and down the
coast.
Tango flew with
me to the Virgin
Islands for a
quick trip, while
Foxy’s
auntie got to
spoil her.
They are healthy
and happy hounds.
I tell everyone
to visit ACCT
to find the furry
friend they’ve
been missing.
